Our Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What these terms cover<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the terms and conditions on which we supply ticketing services to you. <strong>TickItUp<\/strong> is a trading name of Ultra Processing Ltd. We are not responsible for organising the events for which we sell tickets. Please refer to the <strong>event organiser\u2019s terms and conditions<\/strong> for information about the event itself, including any entry requirements or restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why you should read them<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide services, your rights, and what to do if there&#8217;s a problem.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> Once your ticket order is accepted, it is <strong>non-cancellable and non-refundable<\/strong>, except in limited circumstances explained below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Information About Us and How to Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Who we are<\/strong>: Ultra Processing Ltd, a UK company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trading name<\/strong>: TickItUp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to contact us<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email: <a class=\"\">info@tickitup.co<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How we may contact you<\/strong>: By phone, email or post using the details provided in your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cWriting\u201d includes email<\/strong>: When we say &#8220;writing&#8221; in these terms, this includes emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Our Contract With You<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order acceptance<\/strong>: A contract forms when we send an email confirming your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If we cannot accept your order<\/strong>: We\u2019ll notify you and won\u2019t charge you. This could happen if tickets are sold out or if there\u2019s a pricing error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order number<\/strong>: We\u2019ll assign one to your order. Please reference it if you contact us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Changes, Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event changes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an <strong>event is cancelled and not rescheduled<\/strong>, you may claim a refund of the <strong>ticket face value<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an <strong>event is rescheduled<\/strong>, your original ticket remains valid. <strong>No refunds<\/strong> will be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events curtailed due to weather or other force majeure (including government restrictions) will not be eligible for refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Line-up Changes &amp; Performer Substitutions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event that any scheduled performer(s) (including fighters) withdraw, are replaced, or otherwise cannot participate\u2014whether for health reasons, injury, force majeure, or any other cause\u2014your tickets remain valid for admission to the event as scheduled. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Such withdrawal, substitution or change of line-up does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0constitute cancellation or non-delivery of the event, and does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0entitle you to a refund, exchange, or compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or in some cases, via direct bank transfer from the event organiser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure your <strong>contact details<\/strong> are correct so we can notify you of changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for checking the <strong>event date, venue, and ticket details<\/strong> before purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets<\/strong> will not be replaced or refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No cancellation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we accept your order, tickets <strong>cannot be cancelled or refunded<\/strong>. Any change is at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Your Statutory Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your statutory rights are not affected.<br>Under the <strong>Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong>, you have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request repeat or corrective service if not performed with reasonable care and skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay a reasonable price if no price was agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive service in a reasonable time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See also your rights under the <strong>Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercising your statutory rights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can contact us to exercise your rights via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>: <a class=\"\">info@tickitup.co<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong>: Contact form on <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tickitup.co\">https:\/\/www.tickitup.co<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cancel under your statutory rights, any associated tickets will be void.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Price &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ticket price is shown during checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we discover a pricing error:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the correct price is lower: you\u2019ll be charged the lower amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If higher: we\u2019ll contact you before accepting your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept: <strong>Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay <strong> (where available)<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>and Google Pay (where available).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No tickets will be issued until full payment is received.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are responsible for <strong>foreseeable loss or damage<\/strong> caused by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do <strong>not exclude liability<\/strong> where it would be unlawful, such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Death or personal injury caused by negligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of your legal rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If our digital content damages your device, we will repair or compensate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are <strong>not liable for business-related losses<\/strong>, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss of profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business interruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of opportunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Personal Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We only use your personal information in accordance with our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ca.tickitup.co\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"116\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Other Important Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>We may transfer<\/strong> our rights and obligations under these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You need our consent<\/strong> to transfer your rights to someone else.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No third party rights<\/strong>: This contract is between you and us only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a term is found illegal, the rest will continue to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays in enforcement do not waive our rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms are governed by <strong>English law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a consumer residing in the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>, you may bring legal proceedings in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>England or Wales<\/strong>, if you live in either country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scotland<\/strong>, if you live in Scotland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Northern Ireland<\/strong>, if you live in Northern Ireland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a consumer residing <strong>outside the United Kingdom<\/strong> (including the <strong>USA, Canada, or Australia<\/strong>), you agree that any dispute or claim relating to these terms shall be governed by <strong>English law<\/strong>, and the courts of <strong>England and Wales<\/strong> shall have <strong>exclusive jurisdiction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Our Events and Ticket Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ticket sales help fund costs like:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training programmes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Venue hire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As such, <strong>tickets are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12.
