1. Our Terms

What these terms cover

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply ticketing services to you. TickItUp is a trading name of Ultra Processing Ltd. We are not responsible for organising the events for which we sell tickets. Please refer to the event organiser’s terms and conditions for information about the event itself, including any entry requirements or restrictions.

Why you should read them

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide services, your rights, and what to do if there’s a problem.

Note: Once your ticket order is accepted, it is non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances explained below.

2. Information About Us and How to Contact

  • Who we are: Ultra Processing Ltd, a UK company.
  • Trading name: TickItUp
  • How to contact us: Email: [email protected]
  • How we may contact you: By phone, email or post using the details provided in your order.
  • “Writing” includes email: When we say “writing” in these terms, this includes emails.

3. Our Contract With You

  • Order acceptance: A contract forms when we send an email confirming your order.
  • If we cannot accept your order: We’ll notify you and won’t charge you. This could happen if tickets are sold out or if there’s a pricing error.
  • Order number: We’ll assign one to your order. Please reference it if you contact us.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Event changes

  • If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you may claim a refund of the ticket face value.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid. Refunds for rescheduled events or events curtailed due to weather or government restrictions will only be provided if required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Line-up Changes & Performer Substitutions

  • In the event that any scheduled performer(s) (including fighters) withdraw, are replaced, or otherwise cannot participate – whether for health reasons, injury, force majeure, or any other cause – your tickets remain valid for admission to the event as scheduled.
  • Such withdrawal, substitution or change of line-up does not constitute cancellation or non-delivery of the event, and does not entitle you to a refund, exchange, or compensation.

Refund process

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or in some cases, via direct bank transfer from the event organiser.
  • Processing fees are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure your contact details are correct so we can notify you of changes.
  • You are responsible for checking the event date, venue, and ticket details before purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

No cancellation

Once we accept your order, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any change is at our sole discretion.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

  • Cancel your service contract with us.
  • A refund for the unused portion.

Exercising your statutory rights

You can contact us to exercise your rights via:

If you cancel under your statutory rights, any associated tickets will be void.

6. Price & Payment

The ticket price is shown during checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.

If we discover a pricing error:

  • If the correct price is lower: you’ll be charged the lower amount.
  • If higher: we’ll contact you before accepting your order.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay (where available) and Google Pay (where available). No tickets will be issued until full payment is received.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If our digital content damages your device, we will repair or compensate. We are not liable for business-related losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

8. Personal Information

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Other Important Terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms.
  • You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
  • No third party rights: This contract is between you and us only.
  • If a term is found illegal, the rest will continue to apply.
  • Delays in enforcement do not waive our rights.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. However, as a consumer residing in Australia, nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of Australia.

11. Our Events and Ticket Use

Ticket sales help fund costs like:

  • Training programmes
  • Venue hire
  • Marketing and equipment
  • Staff cost
  • Online infrastructure

As such, tickets are strictly non-refundable outside of your statutory rights.

12. Table Service

Where table service is included, this is provided by the venue or a third-party caterer, not by the event organiser.
We are not liable if the venue cannot deliver this service due to staffing issues or other operational problems.

13. Event-Specific Terms & Conditions

In addition to these TickItUp Terms and Conditions, each event has its own specific terms and conditions set by the event organiser.

By purchasing a ticket through TickItUp, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the event organiser’s terms and conditions, as displayed on the event listing.
  • You agree to comply with those event-specific terms and conditions as a condition of entry.

Where there is any conflict between these TickItUp Terms and the event organiser’s terms, the event organiser’s terms will apply in relation to the event itself (including venue rules, entry restrictions, safety measures and age requirements).
